The PVR (PRO SERIES) 4-camera surveillance system is designed with the military, law enforcement and private surveillance professional in mind. With the PVR-PRO, covert field surveillance of multiple subjects, or multiple views of a single subject, can be quickly and easily established by a single operator without drawing significant attention during deployment or recovery.

The PVR-PRO consists of our handheld portable video receiver (PVR), four (4) hi-performance, low-light color CCD wireless cameras, power adapters and accessories. Everything necessary to operate right out of the box! The PVR unit features a clear, crisp 3.5" color liquid-crystal display with non-reflective surface for ease of viewing at all light levels and angles. Adjustment controls for color, brightness, and volume. Four camera preset buttons provide fast manual switching between any of the four cameras. An auto-search/scan feature enables the PVR to also find and lock on to any video signal found in the 950-2150KHz range. An earphone jack, direct camera-in jack, and audio/video out jacks provide additional flexibility for monitoring or recording. Runs on four (4) AA alkaline batteries or 110VAC power adapter. 12VDC cigarette lighter adapter also included.

Order Processing. Orders may be placed by telephone Monday-Friday between 08h00-17h00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). We accept checks, VISA or MasterCard. Checks not issued as certified funds will be required to clear our bank before orders are fulfilled.

Orders are processed at the end of each business day. Each order is shipped fully insured. Shipping confirmation is sent by email, providing the parcel tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Within the Continental US. For PVR systems, we ship FedEx ExpressSaver 3-Day unless other arrangements are made at time of purchase. Single order shipping, handling and insurance costs are approximately $19.50 each. Accessories will ship FedEx or UPS at our discretion.

International Orders. We ship FedEx, DHL or Airborne Express depending upon delivery location. Call for exact shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days for most international locations.

Warranty. JJENCO inspects each unit before shipment to assure that every component is in proper working order. However, should any item arrive in other than proper working condition, JJENCO offers a full 100% replacement policy for any defective merchandise returned within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. This does not apply to items damaged in shipment. All items are shipped insured for their full replacement value and any claims thereto are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Return Merchandise Authorization. For items where a warranty return is necessary, contact JJENCO for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions in the unlikely event that a return may be necessary. With a credit card reservation, JJENCO will cross-ship a replacement unit within one (1) business day of filing a RMA claim.
