General Services Agreement
OVERVIEW
This service provides customers with the capability of immediate technical
support throughout the calendar year for resolution of emergent issues
or other techncial requirements.
DISCUSSION
Because of our notable experience in the area of fluid leak management
and plant leakage reduction issues, JJENCO often receives inquiries
from plant engineering and maintenance personnel requesting techncial
assistance or guidance in order to resolve an emergent issue of importance
to their plant. These requests are generally resolvable during a single
telephone call, or with a minimum amount of effort. Individually, these
requests are not of sufficient size to warrant initiating an individual
contract. So that we may provide requested assistance in a timely fashion,
and in a manner equitable to both parties, JJENCO recommends that those
parties interested in immediate access to our experience in an ad hoc
fashion consider instituting a GSA with JJENCO.
Charges
accrue on a 'per call' basis at a nominal fee per call and are invoiced
monthly, accompanied by appropriate documentation. All requests for
assistance that cannot be resolved immediately and require any level
of additional effort will require a separate management authorization
from the customer before any work is initiated.
BENEFITS
Provides customer personnel with immediate access to the best fluid
leak management and plant leak reduction expertise available on a very
cost-effective basis, without delays related to contracting issues.
FORMAT
GSA identifies 'per call' fee and fixed hourly rate for additional effort,
if required.
