Our PDVR is probably the world's smallest handheld digital video recorder. Designed for portability and ease-of-use, the PDVR exceeds expectations. Just 3"(h) x 5"(w) x 1.25"(d), and weighing a mere 12oz., this high quality palm-sized unit functions independently for up to 3 hrs on a built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery.

Although it has its own integral microphone for voice recording, the PDVR is primarily intended to record up to 80 hrs of high quality digital video (320x240) from any audio, video, or audio/video source, using a standard 3-into-1 RCA-style A/V cable. With the high-speed USB 2.0 connection, users can upload or download recorded files in the industry standard MPEG-4 format directly to their computer or network for analysis or storage. Users may also download movies, music and other audio video files directly onto the PDVR for playback later.

Our PDVR features a clear, crisp 3.5" color liquid-crystal display with non-reflective surface for ease of viewing at all light levels and angles. Adjustment controls for volume, play/record, stop/esc and power/select located down the right side make operation a snap. In addition previous/next buttons and indicator lights across the top of the unit enhance usability. Accessories include two 3-into-1 audio-video cables, earphone, USB 2.0 cable, AC/DC adaptor, infrared remote control, and leather carry case. The integral rechargeable Li-Ion battery provides up to 3-hrs recording or 4-hrs playback time on a single charge.

Order Processing. Orders may be placed by telephone Monday-Friday between 8h00-17h00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). We accept VISA or MasterCard.

Orders are processed at the end of each business day. Each order is shipped fully insured. Shipping confirmation is sent by email, providing the parcel tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Within the Continental US. For PDVR systems, we ship FedEx ExpressSaver 3-Day unless other arrangements are made at time of purchase. Single order shipping, handling and insurance costs are approximately $14.50 each. Accessories will ship FedEx or UPS at our discretion.

International Orders. We ship FedEx, DHL or Airborne Express depending upon delivery location. Call for exact shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days for most international locations.

Warranty. JJENCO inspects each unit before shipment to assure that every component is in proper working order. However, should any item arrive in other than proper working condition, JJENCO offers a full 100% replacement policy for any defective merchandise returned within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. This does not apply to items damaged in shipment. All items are shipped insured for their full replacement value and any claims thereto are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Return Merchandise Authorization. For items where a warranty return is necessary, contact JJENCO for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions in the unlikely event that a return may be necessary. With a credit card reservation, JJENCO will cross-ship a replacement unit within one (1) business day of filing a RMA claim.
